For more than 25 years, Mr. Spirt has successfully practiced law in all Courts in Pennsylvania and New Jersey in Plaintiff’s personal injury and medical malpractice. Since graduating from American University in 1990 and then Texas A&M University Law School in 1994, Mr. Spirt returned to Pennsylvania where he was born and raised and has been representing injured and wronged individuals and has handled more than 1,000 personal injury matters through settlements and/or jury verdicts.
Mr. Spirt was drawn to representing the individuals in these cases from his desire to help people fight big corporations and powerful professionals and his competitive nature growing up playing and watching all types of sports. Litigating against corporate entities on behalf of injured individuals takes teamwork and hard work to achieve success.
